What we collect

When you request service we collect the details you enter: name, phone number, optional email, ZIP code, the plumbing problem, timing preference and any notes. We also record how you reached the site (for example, the ad campaign or search engine), the page you submitted from, and your device type.

We do not ask for payment details, Social Security numbers or other sensitive identifiers through this website.

How we use it

To contact you about your request and schedule service
To understand which pages and campaigns bring in requests, in aggregate
To prevent spam and abuse (we store a one-way hash of your IP address, not the address itself)

Calls and texts

By submitting a request you agree that we may call or text the number you provide about that request. Reply STOP to opt out of texts. We don't sell your phone number or use it for unrelated marketing.

Analytics and advertising

We may use Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking and call tracking to measure performance. These services may set cookies. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on and manage ad personalization in your Google account.

Sharing

We share request details only with the service providers who help us run dispatch and communications, under confidentiality obligations. We don't sell personal information.
